1. Scope of Services

We provide professional headstone cleaning and maintenance services, which may include:

Gentle surface cleaning using non-abrasive methods
Removal of biological growth (moss, lichen, algae)
Grave marker inspections and non-invasive preservation measures

2. Service Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals or organizations who:

Have legal authority over the headstone/property
Provide written or verbal consent for cleaning
Ensure safe and legal access to the site

3. Booking and Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance
Full payment is due upon confirmation unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, and Venmo.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund
Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee

5. Weather and Safety Considerations

Services may be postponed in case of severe weather
LHC reserve the right to reschedule if conditions pose a safety risk

6. Liability and Damage

All care will be taken to protect and preserve the integrity of the headstone
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration
Customers will be notified immediately if a headstone is deemed too fragile for cleaning

7. Photos and Documentation

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation
With client permission, images may be used for marketing purposes

8. Privacy and Access

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Access to cemetery grounds must be legally permitted and safe

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure every headstone cleaning meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service was not performed as described or scheduled
Documented damage or unsatisfactory cleaning due to our error
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Customer fails to provide safe or legal access to the grave site
Issues related to weather, cemetery restrictions, or third-party interference
Pre-existing damage or stains on the headstone that cannot be removed through standard cleaning

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if:

Only part of the service was completed due to environmental or safety concerns
The customer chooses to terminate service after work has commenced

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
